Rosie's initial career was not in product or supply chain, but in cross-linguistic and cross-cultural translation work. Her long experience in translation made her accustomed to looking at things from different perspectives:
understanding real needs, avoiding misunderstandings,
and transforming complex information into clear, actionable expressions. It is precisely because of this background that
when Rosie entered the pet supplies industry,
she paid particular attention to one thing: whether products were truly understood and used correctly.
Through numerous interactions with overseas clients, factories, and real-world usage scenarios,
she realized that—
many problems were not due to "the product itself being bad,"
but rather discrepancies between information, design, and actual needs.
This also became the starting point for Rosie to form her team.
